Introduction

A proposal workroom for marketing agencies — built around your house style, not generic AI prompts.

The 30-second version

AtelyaOS turns the back-and-forth of writing client proposals, weekly reports, and onboarding kits into a structured workroom. You paste a brief, AtelyaOS plans the work and drafts the deliverable, and you ship a .docx or .pdf with your letterhead. Style Memory keeps the output sounding like you, not like ChatGPT.

Why this matters

A typical mid-size agency (3–30 people) writes 2–10 client deliverables a week. Most of them — proposals, recaps, scope changes, pitch outlines — share 80% of their structure with the last one you sent. ChatGPT can give you a draft, but it forgets your house tone the moment you close the tab and won't sit inside your existing review workflow.

AtelyaOS is built for that gap. Each project lives in a workroom with two system agents (Planner and Composer) and any custom agents you've trained for specific clients. Output respects a per-agent Style Memory profile and a workspace export profile (company name, tagline, accent colour, contact block). You stay in the loop with a revision tool that costs only a fraction of the original draft.

How it works

  1. Create a workroom and paste the source material — a brief, an email thread, meeting notes, or a sample of past work.
  2. The Planner drafts a task list and the Composer produces the first deliverable.
  3. You review, then either export or request a revision (e.g. "tighten section 2 to three bullets").
  4. Export to .docx or .pdf with your letterhead applied automatically.

Who it's for

AtelyaOS is designed for 3–30 person marketing and creative agencies that send written deliverables to clients. The fit is good if you:

  • Write proposals, weekly reports, onboarding kits, scope docs, or pitch outlines often.
  • Have a recognisable house tone you don't want to lose to a generic LLM.
  • Want client-facing output ready to send (.docx / .pdf), not chat transcripts.

It's a poor fit for solo bloggers (overkill), enterprises that need a SOC 2 letter today (see compliance), and teams that want a fully automated pipeline with no human review.

How it differs from ChatGPT and Workspace AI

  • vs. ChatGPT — Style Memory persists across sessions and agents; workrooms have plan / execute / compose / revise states; output exports with your branding.
  • vs. Google Workspace AI / Microsoft Copilot — purpose-built for agency deliverables, not generic productivity. The unit of work is a deliverable, not a doc edit.
