Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 7-day Free Trial gives you 100 credits to explore the Workroom, agents, and integrations — no card required until you pick a paid plan.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade inside the Billing portal — credit allowances update immediately, and Stripe prorates the difference for the current period.
Do unused credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Monthly plan credits reset on your billing date — use it or lose it.
What counts as a deliverable?
A deliverable is roughly one complete Composer output — for example a finished proposal, a weekly client report, or one campaign brief. We size it as ~50 credits to cover the original run plus two revisions.
How is Enterprise different from Agency?
Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, custom data residency, compliance reports, dedicated CSM, and a contracted SLA. If you need any of those, talk to sales.
